ACJC Treasury Wines dinner was a fabulous wine and dine journey for our palate. We congratulate Paula Chrisanthou for winning the Penfolds Magill Estate 2010 Shiraz lucky draw.
We applauded the exclusively crafted dishes for ACJC by the fine chefs at The George on Collins. The juicy rib eye on the bone was flavoursome and the swimming fresh rockling, roasted beetroot with stracciatella pesto sauce was simply delicious. Coupled with the carefully hand picked matching icon and luxury wines, including the generous pour of the 2014 Grange and the Wolf Blass Black Label Cabernet Shiraz Malbec 2012, our wine and dine dinner has achieved another memorable high water mark.
